Note!!!
The vehicle must be in a horizontal position, in the normal loading condition.
The vehicle must not be shaken during the operation.
The vehicle speed should be 0 km/hr.
Program the acceleration sensor:
RZ008-TRANSVERSE ACCELERATION OFFSET SENSOR
VP044-ACCELERATION SENSOR
Start the engine.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of over 50km/h.
RZ007
Erase the steering angle sensor offset:
RZ007-STEERING WHEEL ANGLE OFFSET SENSOR
Warning!!!
No under-voltage or over-voltage of the VDC ECU.
No braking pressure (brake pedal not pressed).
No sensor failures.
Vehicle must be in horizontal position, normal loading condition, not moved or shaken during the operation.
Calibrate the steering wheel angle sensor:
Put vehicle ignition on.
Put the wheels aligned and the steering wheel centered (DO NOT TOUCH the steering wheel).
VP003-STEERING WHEEL-ANGLE SENSOR
Put the vehicle in the “vehicle in hibernation” status.
Wait for approximately one minute.
Force the vehicle's + after ignition feed.
With the vehicle stationary, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock (left to right) and check that the steering wheel angle changes:
PR033-STEERING WHEEL ANGLE
Does the value of PR033 changes from —710 to 710?
RZ010
Calibrate the longitudinal acceleration sensor
Put vehicle ignition on.
Erase the longitudinal acceleration sensor offset:
Warning!!!
No under-voltage or over-voltage of the VDC ECU
No braking pressure (brake pedal not pressed)
No sensor failures
Vehicle must be in:
horizontal position;
normal loading condition;
not moved or shaken during the operation.
RZ010-LONGITUDINAL ACCELERATION SENSOR OFFSET
Put the wheels aligned and the steering wheel centered (DO NOT TOUCH the steering wheel).
Calibrate VDC longitudinal acceleration sensor:
VP038-LONGITUDINAL ACCELERATION SENSOR
Put the vehicle in the “vehicle in hibernation” status.
Wait for approximately one minute.
Force the vehicle's + after ignition feed.

Clear brake pressure offset value
Caution!!!
Never drive with ABS/ESP fault finding mode active. Normal operation of the braking system is affected and safety is not guaranteed in this situation.
RZ009-BRAKE PRESSURE OFFSET SENSOR
Drive the vehicle at a speed of over 25 km/h during more than 6 minutes.
Check the conformity of PR107.
